Have you ever noticed how some elementary schools are using 5th graders to help the new younger kids at the school, how employers are using more seasoned employees orient the new employees, and how in the military the soldiers with rank train the soldiers without rank? Why is that? It's because once you've gained experience, you have something to offer those who have yet to learn the ropes. Could there be anything more invaluable than someone who's "been there, done that"? Our life example is the best teacher we have to offer someone in need of direction on trusting and following Jesus.
